True, but having an army in Trieste makes a big difference in the rest of the game. If you don’t want to cancel, I’ll concede.

I understand it was a great move. But me retreating to Trieste is a totally different situation then now disbanded. It’s totally hopeless.

GameMaster: Italy voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
