Spring, 1963: Even though it's a non stochastic game there are some points where you just have to guess. Knowing the opponents skill level and style of play does help but it's no guarantee.

GameMaster: USSR voted for a Concede. If everyone (but one) votes concede the game will end and the player _not_ voting Concede will get all the points. Everybody else will get a defeat.
