Good game everyone, Italy in particular! It was great working with you until I saw the opportunity for a solo attempt. You absolutely cooked my goose that first turn leaving Naples and Sicily undefended to allow an extra fleet build - I thought for sure you would defend them, and that extra fleet was a huge difference maker over the next few years. If France had stepped into help at all, or if Holland had starting bringing fleets over just one turn sooner, my attempt might have been stymied.
Only the second ever solo by Austria on this map, a nice accomplishment despite France’s inexplicable apathy. Thank you everyone for the game.
