28 Nov 23 UTC Spring, 1960: Thanks for having joined, good game!
28 Nov 23 UTC Autumn, 1960: Hello, good game to you!
28 Nov 23 UTC Autumn, 1960: Do you want commentary?
28 Nov 23 UTC Autumn, 1960: What do you mean exactly? A commentary for each turn? If you want to try, it doesn't bother me.
28 Nov 23 UTC Spring, 1961: I would just say that for USSR opening there aren't really any choices to be made, as most things are pretty obvious, the one thing you can decide is wether to go for India or Saigon with the Shamghai army and there Indoa is just objectively the better choice, as the army in Saigon can't do anything in the next year amd Saigon can be taken later pretty easily as well.
28 Nov 23 UTC Autumn, 1961: I don't think I totally agree. When playing against very good players, they know how to "counter" the move to India, which is indeed very common. I'm using this training to test some things.
The other choice is also about moving to Greece or Ionian Sea in autumn 1960.
And in 1961 the defense in the Caribbean can be difficult. For once I'm trying to move to the Pacific. It gives many options but forces to grab some centers fast before loosing Panama or Cuba.
28 Nov 23 UTC Autumn, 1961: I don't think Saigon ever is a good idea. True, going to Greece is also an option in autumn. And for Nato there is this opening of moving London to Norwegian, which I abolutely hate as it opens the game with a guess.
29 Nov 23 UTC Spring, 1962: When you go to India, NATO usually put the next year a fleet in Indian Ocean, which blocks India anyway.

The real choice for NATO the first year is for Australia (West Pacific or Indian Ocean).
29 Nov 23 UTC Autumn, 1962: Yes, I personally always go for Japan, as it gives me four builds. With just three builds it's a bit risky as you might lack defences somewhere.
29 Nov 23 UTC Autumn, 1962: With three builds it's much harder for USSR than OTAN, so it's worth the try sometimes.
30 Nov 23 UTC Spring, 1964: Well the game is lost, it's only guesses that I will eventually lose.
01 Dec 23 UTC Hey but it ended, I didn't see. I see you're a good 2-players variant player. Well, I'll be able to meet you again on this variant. I'm not convinced by some choices I made.
01 Dec 23 UTC *well, I'll be HAPPY to meet...
01 Dec 23 UTC Yeah, let's play again.
