Nice map, caliburdeath, congrats!
Some suggestions for territories' names in/around Italy:
- Gaul (Gallia). Good, but you may want to give it a wider coast, taking it from Mar, and then call it Liguria, that looks more accurate.
- MI. I guess it's for Milan (Mediolanum)? If it's so, Milan is in the Alps according to your map, so perhaps Apuania would be better or, if it has to be a town because of the SC, then Luna.
- Aquileia: perfect.
- unnamed territory in Tuscany: Tuscia or Etruria.
- Ravenna: perfect.
- Roma: perfect.
- Capua: perfect.
- unnamed territory on Adriatic: Samnium.
- Tarentum: perfect.
- Nap. I guess it's for Naples (Neapolis) that's much more North, near Capua. Bruttium would be better.
- Syracusae (yes, ending in "ae"): perfect.
- Lib. I guess it's for Lilybaeum, good. Also Panormus would work.
- Carales: perfect.
- unnamed Corsica: Cyrnus or Corsica.
Seas in a clockwise order:
Mare Adriaticum or Mare Superum
Mare Ionium
Mare Siculum or Mare Lybicum or Fretum Messanicum (Strait of Messina)
Mare Tyrrhenum
Ligusticus Sinus (Gulf of Liguria)
Lastly, the sea between Sicilia and Tunisia, now called "Sicili". It was called Fretum Siculum (Strait of Sicily).

Other interesting maps on that site, too.
Hope this was helping and thanks for your work! :)
