Well actually the answer is not always no. A unit can break the support of an attack against it *if* it dislodges the unit providing the support. This will not prevent the attacking unit from moving, but it does break the support. So if you had another unit to backfill Bulgaria with, you could get a bounce there. For example:

A Bulgaria - Serbia
A Greece supports A Bulgaria - Serbia
A Constantinople - Bulgaria

Ok thank you. Now another question, if I move one of my armies into another army to break it's support and the person somehow guesses I'll be doing that. Can they issue their army to move into that one and essentially trade places or will they bounce?

Example Austria has A-Budapest and A-Rumania and I have A-Serbia and A-Bulgaria. If I issued my orders A-Serbia move to A-Budapest and A-Bulgaria move to A-Rumania. Could Austria possibly submit an order to do the exact opposite and we just trade places all together, or will it bounce?

It would all just bounce in your example. However, if you had Bulgaria move to Serbia, Austria could have Budapest move to Rumania and have Rumania move to Bulgaria, and that would all go through. But it would bounce if you are just opposing each other (moving the exact same spaces at each other, that is).
