NEXT time you'll need to be replaced.
Using the proper threadID=44553 will help us keeping our forum clean from redundant threads.
Most important, posting non-anomymously (keeping secret the games instead) will help preserve anonimity in ongoing games. You see, since ImperialDiplomat's nick is visible to all, now everybody knows that he'll be Russia in that game almost for sure.
If instead you just ask for help letting possible volunteers PM you, then nobody will know which Anon games are involved or who might be the sitters.

Guaroz continues to amaze us with his absolute stupidity and massive thirst for control. The lunacy never ends.

It's interesting that the player who started this thread actually maintained anonymity, but is getting taken to task by the tyrant anyway? It's one thing to point the guy to the proper forum, which may players don't know exist, but to take the guy to task because another player (Imperial Diplomat) posted his public interest in an anonymous game is really rather silly.

Furthermore the suggestion that is offered up by our illustrious king of moderators naively ignores the potential that the player above may be playing in other games that are not anonymous, and if he mentions his absence in multiple places, it could break his anonymity. And if the player wants to return to the game, posting publicly for a sitter outs his identity.

The player handled it as best he could, and kept his identity secret (as he should have). It's a good thing to point him to the game sitter's thread, but the fact that this thread is difficult to find is the problem here. The player that goofed is the guy who publicly volunteered for an anonymous game. Mistakes happen, and it's doubtful that any real damage was done, until the tyrant weighed in with a load of nonsense.
